    I agree - Mac Bank own c 12% Orion c 10%. Bankers support - buyers in place - 47 c placement on cards (although mught be tight to fill unless provisional offers are disclosed so shareholders can arbirtage a quick profit). Support consistent on 34 c although we will see some push down- it is ALMOST a no-brainer purchase - but DYOR
