Lucky, hi...

I dunno... looked at the ann... the ex-div date is April 17th and the div is contingent on the outcome of the meeting... so presumably the meeting will be held sometime in the first 2 weeks of April probably closer to the ex-date than earlier (the company did say April in the ann).

How much notice of the EGM do they have to provide us? Guess that subtracted by the a date somewhere in between April 6 - 13 (guess only) would give us an indication of when we might hear something?

There is after all an Experts Report to be released prior the meeting - but don't assume it will go contrary to what the company has already indicated by moving forwards with the T/O.

Geez, I hope they are mandated to announce the date soon - now that we are trading in the 20's!
