Allowing companies to sue for defamation is a terrible idea as big business use their lawyers and shareholders funds to silence any criticism even though they indeed might be up to no good. We have seen this time and again and the stories coming out of the Royal Commision should shock any good citizen of this country to never allow any company more power than they already have.
