We are pleased to announce that an offer of Viva Energy Limited (“Viva”) Shares (“Offer” or “Shares”) is now open and we’re accepting applications. The Offer is made under the replacement prospectus dated 28 June 2018 (“Replacement Prospectus”). NAB has been appointed as a Co-Manager for the Offer.

The Viva Energy Limited offer will open with a Share price range of $2.50 - $2.65. Applications are made as a “Dollar Amount” to be invested in Viva Energy Limited Shares. The final Share price will be announced to market on 13 July 2018. Your allocation will be based on your application “Dollar Amount” divided by the final Share price. Your application may be subject to scaling. Applications close Tuesday 2pm, 3 July 2018.

You will not be charged brokerage if you participate in the Offer. You will also need to ensure that your Account or Margin Loan is funded by no later than 5pm Friday 13 July 2018 to ensure settlement early the following week.
