I believe it will be an overseas company as the AED said it needs regulatory approvals! I think it could be Chinese company as they are oil hungry. I think the SP will open atleast $3+ give that oil is $100 and AED received lot of interest. No one will buy if they don't see any value. Keep dreaming if you will you will buy for $1...lol
