The direct answer to your question about the share price is that selling now is like selling a painting to a pawn shop: this is not the right time and place to sell, just like a thinly traded stock between news. If you see a painting in a pawn shop however, generally it will be hilariously undervalued compared to the same one in an art exhibition. However, there is usually not a large volume of paintings available to buy at a pawn shop, just as there is currently $1500 available under a 15% gain on MTC's current prices.

If you want to look further into why the buying volume is low between news, potential being reflected in share price is based on an assumption that every investor is completely aware and appreciative of it.

You don't have to look further than WFE for what it looks like when potential is well known and received: A $60M Market cap reflecting $100k of Canadian Cobalt that they haven't even taken pictures of, and a DRC acquisition for which literally zero information is known.

I know that not many investors are aware of Cancet's results from 1.5 years ago, and many less than those understand its significance. The last traded price is people selling for prices like those results never happened, and as if Dynavolt pulling out negated all the confidence that the BCC investment garnered. Fair enough you could say the company could do more plugging of Cancet's forgotten results to enhance awareness for new investors, but otherwise I see the share price as a victim of its circumstances. The potential I've expressed for the other tenements based off the historical results are also something that no investor generally has time to familiarise themselves with, let alone those offloading small volumes which give the impression of a large price fluctuation.
