I don't believe it's a tree shake..
Stop losses, technical traders, impatience.. If you don't think about fundamentals at all it doesn't look like it's going anywhere but further down currently.
I personally think they're taking their time improving and streamlining the process. They know if their next announcement is subpar that they will lose a lot of credibility.
This delay only affects traders not investors imo
Edit: everyone investing in this stock is already in and topping up on these dips when they can, doesn't take much to move the share price south
