Yep it certainly seems to be? and more than likely in the exact right use (Prefab) I think I was the first here on HC to realize that EdenCrete would allow these Precasters a much faster turn around for their stressing frames and hence better production from what machinery they had, but there is also another huge advantage I believe, most of that testing has been done and will continue to be done, but it is different than using it on roads highways etc? with a road highway freeway the testing has to be absolute, they just can't pour a section of road/freeway etc and hope for the best, they absolutely have to know the outcome beforehand, otherwise they could have to rip up sections of roads again if there were a failure? (which I really doubt!) but the prestressed stuff could be tested as they go along once initial testing has been proven IMHO it is much easier to not sell any suspect prestressed beams/panels etc (won't happen!) than to rip up a section of highway that was suspect (won't happen either!).
What I am getting at, is the Prestressing Co's would know pretty much straight away? with the EdenCrete product outcome whist they were removing it from a prestressing frame IMHO because if there were a problem it would not have reached the desired rating for removal IMHO and would show up on removal from the frame?
