Bell Potter's, Daily Comminuque issued 29/02/2008 has a buy rating on CER with a target of $0.80. They also give it a hypothetical value of $0.88...

They do not state in how long, not that it should matter, and

they DO state they see significant risks in pursuing this upside...

A little odd to issue a buy rating, a price target and then blow it away with the closing comment like the one above!

Nothing more than guesswork, talk about a two way bet..

Turn your screens off, and turn them back on in about two years..
