not sure its a great deal for zfx holders

if zfx had bought AGM on this basis they would have got them for 55c.
oxr is a great company but that doesnt mean that they are giving us fair value.
the board are all unanimous cos they get to keep their jobs and are part of a larger deal now.

If zinc was $3500 a tonne would we be happy about this deal?
Well it might be that price around may....we dont know of course.
But will oxr-ifex be $6 by then?
