Ummmm, wouldn't the details of filing the lawsuit be available to a number of people who could use that information to their advantage?

Did BWX stuff up here in terms of disclosure to the market? They've had at least 8 working days to notify the market of this lawsuit and instead we find out from the SMH. FML.
