My reaction was similar as I pointed out in post #2617662.
However, my view is that all of the manoeuvring/negotiation in the background is shifting the risk/reward profile in CVI's favour. The delicate nature of the negotiation environment makes it difficult for every twist and turn to be communicated as some would like.
Time will tell.
