I am convinced that the Pilot Plant that Hazer will be building (not the MIN plant) is designed to be for fuel cell vehicles. Hazer have said this all along. Recently confirmed the plant is targeted for "2019/2020".
It is just a question of whether they do this on their own, or in a partnership with someone (e.g. toyota).
Obviously a partnership would be a huge win for Hazer.
I guess we will find out the question to this after the PPP Gen 2 has been completed.
