- 249D gets served by a guy holding sweet fa of the Company or by possible HC aspirants?, making a complete mockery & failure of any type of Substancial attempt at a 249D, was always bound to fail with a half arsed attempt of a takeover.
- New Directors coming on board with New aquasition, blowing any RTO or Takeover or 249D out of the water
