There certainly is a chance, with so many possible reasons why. Once people have enough money for their family to live the lives they want, the decisions and timing take less weight.
I've witnessed directors selling prior to price catalysts the directors would have almost certainly be privy to. It's a hard concept to grasp. Maybe not likely but without a doubt possible.
