looks like our 68c options have risen 35% in a week stan. they should hit high 90s which is closer to a 50% paper profit over the next few weeks if the market is smart enough to recognise the value of bfg and rerate it accordingly.
i wont he cashing in those profits just yet as i think this baby has further to run. i might reduce a little into the august result as i need some cash and am overweight and i wonder in the back of my mind whether the 2nd half will be hard to grow on the back of the 1st half last year which was a blockbuster result. if the market hasnt predicted a relatively flat outlook for h2 cy18 vs h2 cy17 then we could see some retracement after the guidance is given at the upcoming august result.
thoughts anyone on the h2 outlook vs 2017 and the market reaction?
