Turn it up mate, not sure if you are new to PSC but posters post Hugh's email often. It's called DYOR.
And regarding his permission there's a whole email chain between us but I guess I won't be posting them now if that's the thanks I get.
Finally if you are into down ramping then good luck coz the PSC management are utterly professional and are happy to take calls and emails anytime.
I challenge you to get an update from them tomorrow and post it.
