If the market was efficient...and every stock was priced fairly, then why would anyone bother buying anything?
There would be no bargains.
Fact is, the market seldom gets it right...either overvaluing or under valuing most stocks...even more so speculative stocks in the value transition phase, coming off such low starting bases.
The markjet has already bid CVI from sub 7c...all the way up to 39c...and then back down to 14.5c...and up...and down...yet in this time the story has only improved?
Hardly a sign of the market getting it right?
For what ever reason, CVI is in the hands of the traders...and it wil stay there until investors move in to absorb much of the free float.
In my view, that process started today...and will climax when definative deals are signed off.
