in the report you posted, they also assume the bad debt provisions greatly reduce, as % of book, between FY18 and FY19 - reversing the rising trend, and then stabilise at around 4%.
They also use a beta of 1.3
Even still they only value the company at $1.06
That is alot of upside valued in with alot of risk for a a potential gain of 10%, so even if you think this company is sustainable and their business model does work, the stock is fully valued.
