Why dont we leave the technicalities to the only person that matters and thats the judge.
What do we do here but throw verbal sprays at each other.
Im not going to give you a reason why it will be thrown out of court because its not up to me.
Onus is on CHM to prove their claim and that will be harder than you make it appear.
My money is on MMX as i like the odds and a free carry in MMX will be better value than holding these.
