Put the whole lot in there and read it like it was written. Selective misquotation is one of you great hates, and yet you are happy to indulge!
She rose to great heights on intial euphoric expectations, but has slipped back on trader activity and a continual lack of certainty/transparency regarding the outcomes of the Angolan oil permits.
IMO, at 39c, with sweet FA other than the companies best intentions, it was waaaaay overvalued, and the market has justifiably corrected itself back to more appropriate levels.
She was above 30c for all of 3 weeks... whereas she has been below it for the last 3.5 months.
So which is the more reliable market voice... 3 weeks or 3.5 months... even you can figure that one out ;)
