That's whats so good about WKT, once the mining licence hits then we still have the Lithium in Namibia and Cobalt/Gold/etc in Ireland to keep the speculators keen. Both with stellar prospects, after the mining licence this won't be a 12 month sentence imo.
Also with a bit of certainty around the project we may well be surprised at how many are waiting in the wings to buy in.
