    Hotfire...unfortnatly you are right..by looks of things it ill be 2 CBH shares to 1 PEM share...but with both companies I can see $4 Dollars plus here within 12 months..so hold on as its fixable...CBH has some great assets and would make the group stronger...remember $4+
