this is what I'm talking about when people don't understand the legal process. It's not as simple as having the claim 'struck out'.

The legal system provides for every claim to have it's day in court. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on whose team you're on) the system does not discriminate between valid claims and vexatious ones when they are filed, so it has to run its course in the court process.

All will be revealed in due course, however long that may take. Initiating a baseless claim has no merit between individuals, however it can be quite lucrative if you're a listed company. It provides the perfect back-drop for a pump and dump, because the fact that the matter is before the courts gives it (in layman's eyes) great credibility.

You raise a good point about the chm action affecting the mmx share price. I don't think it suffers as badly as what some people think. I would imagine that if mmx suffered greatly from the action, then the chm share price should reflect that pressure by being a lot higher and stronger than what it has been. Below 4c is a far cry from their 12c highs.
