Condisoil is nothing more than a cost neutral means of dealing with bulk residue.
This claim almost calls Condisoil a nothing-burger! Whereas Condisoil is absolutely essential for Lynas's future. Without approval, WLP waste disposal costs will become prohibitive and Lynas could end up selling concentrate to China.
Second, you cannot claim it is "cost neutral" without a capex/opex for Condisoil production.
