I’m not so sure. The cannepil product was touted as being available some months ago and available for distribution until they then worked out that they needed GMP certification. I’m not sure that GMP registration means the same as medical approval either. That is a different process and may take months. Another misleading premature missive from the BOD suggesting that the product was being marketed and sold at the time of the announcement. Again this issue was raised by the Learner who questioned the medical approval, but as usual he got a lot of flack from all the cheer leaders.
As far as SP post Ann is concerned don’t hold your breath. The announcement of an interim GMP raised SP to about where a full GMP Ann will go. The market would have already discounted the fact that it would be highly unusual for a full GMP not to be granted, so no new news on that front.
