As well as the costs and delays incurred by NWE due to this individual, there is also a personal cost to us as shareholders. It seems inevitable to me that due to these delays there will be at least another requirement for capital, maybe more depending on how long this drags on for. As shareholders our holdings will be diluted again as new shares are created to raise the required capital to carry on with drilling etc. I find it extraordinary that an individual can have such an impact on a company and its shareholders with no form of come back or compensation made if their objection is found baseless.
