From the announcement:
'CityView now owns 22,628,885 Fortitude shares (US$31.45m Aus$33.8m) out of a total of 56,550,685 shares (40%).'
That supposedly gives Fortitude a market cap of AUD $84.5m. Who has valued Fortitude at this level? Cityview has. IMO those people who are behind Fortitude must be laughing as those are the ones making the big bucks.
This is reminding me a lot of RRS/Consort.
