Raks, how do you personally value fortitude, or do you just take CVI's word for it?

say the value was $1.39US the last time CVI increased its holding...with the subprime thing and market downturn, is fortitude still worth that?

will they still be worth that when we need to approve this deal?
i suppose any shareholder who is going to vote will have to determine if the valuation is reasonable and if this is beneficial to cVI. dont you think?
