very good point Raks. what i was really trying to get at was about the whole sentiment thing. this ann. has made me personally feel a lot better. CVI has languished because there has been a perception of too much promise and not enough delivery. this ann. effectively finalizes, cements, legalizes...how ever the market wants to define it... the structure of CVI's entire non oil interests.

That's really a pretty big deal when you think about it.
