My man Ronnie, red flags the only red flags are if it's a scam or legit. I have had confirmation that the deals signed are revenue based deals not MOU based deals. So if the company is telling the truth it should be making a profit soon, I think it may be a con job because they never mention anything about the deals that will make it a company maker, if it's a revenue based agreement show me the money and the raising won't mean much. So yes, the question is what is going on with the deals?
I will need to take some BUD off the table which is disappointing as I disagree with you on Bud and also Yojee. Yojee like I said will deliver or they're another con job on **promotion blocked**, I don't mind taking a swipe after all those management placements on SP rising and now they're raising at 10c to some shonky company. I don't think they will get another raising so now it's interesting times ahead, the silence has been deafening and now raising funds. So it was either for survival or to get to the finish line, con job or not is the question all IMO.
