My view is the BOD need to provide an explanation on why thier delivery is late in regards to commissioning (if any) and product reaching the Qube shed. Deferring such details inv relays a message poor performance and the SP is the mirror.
As for TO and other price negotiations, a period of time is required to assess any offers or approaches, say 2-4 weeks for comparisons and due diligence etc.
Oh, for those that dont get it, end Q2 was 30th June 2018.
