It looks like accumulation to me..................what get's pushed down on a positive ann usually goes up after it can no longer hoodwink holders to sell at stupid prices
Cannot see 3's ever again but might still get close to 4.1 or 4.2 before a move upwards....................an announcement will help stop the rot
