Who didn't pay too much for property 10 years ago,
I walked away with $70k in our pocket, minus the depreciation to be paid back plus then capital gains tax to be paid divided by two people, one person 70 % me 30%,,
Doesn't leave much left over in the bank account,
After going through this I will never recommend investing in property, other than the house you will live in forever,
What a dead end game, I take all the financial and emotional holding risks to be reamed at the end, that's not fair,
God I'm disappointed, I wish someone had of talked me out of it 10 years ago, what a waste of money and emotional energy,
