Would like to see MMX's statement of claim against Grimaldi and Barnes. Maybe they just copied it from CHM's SOC. Regardless of how much MMX tries distant itself from Grimaldi, any wrong doings by him as a director (chairman) of NiCu will impact on them.
MMX would also have to be very wary of relying on any documents created by Grimaldi as a basis for their defence.
