Earlier this week (10th) PDF released its 2016/2017 annual report showing net assets of $238,586.
Its Dec 2017 half yearly released the same day showed that costs within the following 6 months put the company into a net deficit of $10,909.
On page 5 of the annual report mention is made of the companies Joint venture in Fiji with Asia Pacific Logistics Pty Ltd.
A search of ASIC shows that Asia Pacific Logistics Pty Ltd (melbourne) requested deregistration as a company on 26/6/17 and was granted and deregistered by ASIC on 30/8/17
Either the company hasn`t talked to its Fiji partner for the last 12 months or its very slack with its due diligence on business partners as they have put to print `potential joint venture partner Asia Pacific Logistics Pty Ltd` under the `Operations` heading on page 5 of the annual report, released just 3 days ago!!
