In short.

On the positive side:

BLR has a large (and increasing every time they drill) high-grade shallow Uranium resource close to a Uranium mill in a U-friendly and politically stable country that is desperate to produce more of its own energy requirements (ie the US, no real sovereign risk).

If the market decides not to hate and devalue U stocks again this will soar.

On the negative side:

The market hates U companies at the moment.
