Neither of them own the shares and MS are the ones 'controlling' them. This is until they are recalled by the owners or given back by the borrower!
Its not just at year end - they have been borrowing for months, its only recently they've gone over 5% .
Notwithstanding any of this I believe there will be a take-over play later in the year!
