It is such a tangled mess that goes back quite a few years now that it is likely it will get delisted (from the ASX) and possibly struck off the (ASIC) register no matter what is said or attempted now. Shareholders had plenty of time to take up arms over the last 24 months when things started to show signs of distress.

If someone is silly enough to attempt a rescue and recovery it wont get the current Board support for starters and secondly a resurrection of the capital structure is going to have a serious consolidation issue around the order of magnitude of 30:1 with a possible 50:1 or worse and lastly the farms in northern Victoria / southern NSW are pretty much gone ( I do know that at least one has been sold but not disclosed) and as for the claimed Fijian venture...the whole thing is a train wreck dating back as far as 2015 when the first cracks appeared.

It is dead now whether you like it or not.

Ringing the current Chairman wont get you anywhere and probably wont even get you the truth, whatever it is.
