Quality post. Cant see there being any union problems in Angola though. CVI will have to commision its own power plant for it to be reliable and efficient. Obviously gas fired power plant would make the most sence.
I just hope that the refinery they have bought is in some reasonable state of repair.
For info, a medium sized tanker has a capacity for 200,000 barrels. I have seen plenty of these in the middle east near the KAOT floating oil terminal. Each ship takes about 4 days to fill, and two ships at a time. So the terminal pumps out about 100,000 barrels per day.
