A sort of related question - do RIO actively pursue new exploration, mining, and drilling and refining technology in relation to its various mining operations - im just thinking to the success MOS had with its new coiled drilling technolgoy and the finds it found - does the RIO board have a proactive approach to its operations this way.

Not sure about MOS and its technology SB but I would say if its any good they would be watching carefully,

Big companies do not change quickly as they normally have lots of dollars tied up in the present technology of the day
