It's be a discussion we have had in this forum from time to time and I guess it's been dealt with fairly simply that the bigger holders are likely to see the ongoing potential in the company and decline.
Considering that electric vehicles are making up 2% of the market in UK from my reading and BMW are hitting 7% of their sales with their offerings it was pointed out to me this evening that the entire electric vehicles movement alone is only just getting started.
And that ignores the other items such as energy storage.
The Galaxy board have guided the company to the point that overall, the company is well placed to provide all share holders with a good capital gain along with that of a dividend when the time is right.
Even Galaxy is only getting started, but it's the potential that would be chased.
What is said on Hot Copper I doubted has made much of an impact within this company for a very long time. I am even surprised to see others continually comment on it.
How many of us really make up whatever percentage of retailers that is left?
And also, how excited would holders be in other lithium companies to see an announcement from a company like Morgan Stanleythat just brought into a company at a higher price than they had in their report?
Noting also that they provided a 1 page coverage of Lepidico when Galaxy owns 12% and no one really pays much attention to in here or prefers the topic is not brought up. - what's that about?
After all, Galaxy board chose to invest in them because they could see something of value and I sincerely doubt it was for s/giggles or just to make a x3.5 profit.
For a take over of Galaxy to occur they just include Anthony Tse in that mix as his MD status is unable to be voted upon.
So maybe we become a subsidiary of a larger company?
But to become a subsiduary whoever it is would need to wine and dine us all first with an offer that encourages at least the 80% to accept.
And then why wouldn't some of the larger holders with their own associates say...
Hey... What about me?!
I had thought something strange/out of the ordinary was occuring with the Galaxy share price. But at no point did I expect the announcements we have seen today from these two companies.
So if this is what we are seeing now, with only days away from POSCO ratifying the deal then I'm gunna keep staring at the fan to see what hits it.

Pardon? Where is the growth over the past 12 months? What is going to trigger growth going forward. $1b in capital required for JB and SDV and they are min 5 years away.
