    It depends I think on how rapidly they scale up. The fact that they are only producing 1000 up until December suggests they are assuming a gradual scale up which points more towards being able to avoid a raise. At 1000 units, by my calculations using the figures i've found (still trying to confirm), that would generate a GP of just over $1.5M AUD.

    Based on the updated Italian distribution agreement 26622780, the distributor now has to pay 50% up front for any devices they take, so payments terms are somewhat mitigated. I'm not sure when the balance is due. Assuming the 1000 all get pushed out to distributors, that could bring $750K into NTI coffers in 2H2018 which would get them roughly CFN and protect their capital.

    Hope this helps explain my reasoning.

    Of course if they were to scale up very quickly due to high deman, they would need to raise, but i would suggest this may even be at a premium to the SP or to a strategic investor. And I dont think any of us would be complaining about this scenario!!!
