Another stock where holders are treated like crap and poor news was withheld from shareholders while the price slowly slid and people were resorting to calling the company for news.
I did not say that I called them? Nor have i said that calling them(cka) is wrong. They do have telephones for a reason. Receiving market sensitive Information via phone Call, is wrong. Asking how far through drilling is not market sensitive information. I have nothing to defend there. Good try though. A tenuous comparison at best.
Did you know I lodged an asic complaint against them aswell? Did anything come of it? No. But if you don't try you can't get.
Kepo you can keep your screen shot, keyboard warrior. I volunteered that post and many others to them with my complaint. If I cared to screenshot your posts I would break the screenshot button. But I don't. I did not say people here need investigating. I said people here are full of crap, or cka need their door knocked on.
My point is not to cause issue for anyone here. It was more of a 'be careful with what you post for yourself and the company'. Call them. Go crazy. Good for you. But don't pretend like it's ok that you feel like you have to. And don't pretend like it's ok if they are telling you information not released to the market. My suspicion is that that isn't actually happening and people here and just puffing their chests trying to sound like big players.
Some of you have a lot of money invested here. And if the above satisfies you mentally with the security of your money in the hands of these people then your risk tolerance is incredible. There has been some staunch cka advocates throw up the white flag because of these jokers.
My aim is to try and put some pressure on the company to follow the rules and keep the shareholders appropriately informed. If that action concerns any of you than it concerns you because you feel you have acted outside of allowable actions in the eyes of the law.
What are you all going to think if they come out and say 'we have been negotiating with domain for the past month and they have elected to withdraw from the contract, citing that they did not make payment by the due date and as such the contract was not binding'. Especually If they have infact been telling you otherwise?
Should we be 4 weeks since last announcement on this? Has nothing happened in that 4 weeks that is news worthy? If the honest answer to that is NO, then this company is in more trouble than we care to realise. At this end of the market, no news is not good news. Evident by the performance of the share price.
You can't complain about management not making the required announcements and joy try and do something about it. As you say. Hypocrisy is rife. If you are ending your supposed phone calls with them saying 'you need to announce this to the market. It is market sensitive. Why have you not done so.' Then good. I commend you.
I am trying to make money here just as you all are and will revel in the day we all do. I will be equally happy for kepo, as I will be for bricking, sj, danny, as I would be for von if he bought back in.
You guys be proactive in your way.
