Just a couple of follow ups ... do you have a ballpark figure on Metastock .. and by implication you seem to be saying that getting a live data feed is difficult, is this correct or something that you haven't researched yet ??
As a fallback to Metastock .. if anyone has SAS programming skills (I have) it would be reasonably easy to right a 100 line program to do what I am after using the SAS Institutes basic software package .. but it wouldn't immediately have all the bells and whistles of a professional package ..
