AND in this link on the Nvidia web site it's pretty clear the new flagship 2018 Audi A8 — which is the world’s first Level 3 autonomous driving car to go into production — features a multitude of high-tech deep learning splendors, all powered by NVIDIA.
While the evidence says it's all about Nvidia, going back to the terminology used in your article I agree with you; it's all about unsupervised learning. BUT there's no reference to Nvidia, deep learning or reliance on large training datasets. In fact it says "The AI learns to independently generate a model of the environment from camera data and to steer the car" So where's the GPU in that?
Couldn't possibly be that Nvidia is pretending to have Akida's capabilities....could it???
