Personally I much prefer to have my own copy of Metastock instead of using the various free sites. I can test out what I like whenever I like. I can understand why others think it is expensive (it cost me around $800 + $300 pa for good quality, ontime data) but it is peanuts in terms of how much I put on the market. And it is tax deductible as well.
