I spoke to the co yesterday. Some of the info.
1.They poopooed the idea that lenders would have the right to recall loans in the event of a change of manager.
2. A statement was made that if the CRE portfolio was reduced to zero value, NTA would reduce to nil. However, CRE portfolio still performing and not cause for concern.
(Need to check whether I got this right. Surely there is net equity in the property holdings)
3. Hinted that the news might be improving shortly.
