What we (Yolande and myself) are proposing is a system that doesn't just give the top 20 by volume (and other indicators) but has a built in historical database to show "change" which as far as we know (could be wrong) doesn't exist at the moment ... as in on an hourly level .. a micro analyis of hourly activity to flag potential announcements ...
At the moment after much discussion .. and trying to ignore HC moron replies we are thinking that this could be provided to all for free with a website set up letting SAS technology do the number crunching every hour.
