Having ZFX as a minority shareholder is a disastrous outcome.

Without this takeover the AGM SP would probably be as low as 40c. We have modelled this on the thread before. And if we are in a protracted bear market waiting to get back to $1.10 could be a very lengthy process.

AGM holders need to sell their shares and build a bridge. OXR and ZFX shares have better growth prospects anyway.
